The following is a partial list of child care rules.  Rules that the Child Care Commission plans to discuss will have a date noted in red.  If there is an active link, it means we have duplicated the rule text and made note of any comments received  from NCLCCA members about that particular rule.  When you select the link, you'll be able to:

  • Read the existing rule language
  • Read comments we have received up to this point
  • Make your own comment about the rule, which will be added once we have had an opportunity to review and post

 Repeat as often as you wish.  Comments will be added periodically so you can see what others are saying.
