Webinars are online but the audio portion is on your phone (for best audio).
Webinars earn 1 training hour upon successful completion of the evaluation following the webinar.


Bio of Presenter: Linda Piper has been with NCLCCA since 2004 and was a childcare provider for 18 years prior to that.  She has a BS in Accounting and an MS in Child Development and Family Relations.  She has served on numerous boards and advisory committees related to early childhood at the state and national level.  She is the mother of three adult children and currently shares a home with her husband, mother, brother and their 4 dogs.


All Business Success Series Webinars are 1-hour long and receive 1 hour of DCDEE-approved training.

Upon completion of the webinar you will be emailed a link to an evaluation. Upon submission of the evaluation you'll be redirected to a quiz.  Once the 3-5 quiz questions have been answered successfully the NCLCCA office will be notified and will begin processing your training credit. You may retake the quiz a second time if needed.  You should receive an email with a link to a printable training record within 5 business days.
