Now is the time - we need your support and advocacy!

Workforce Crisis: Our industry faces a crisis. Finding qualified teachers has never been harder. Add to that complex hiring and training regulations plus bureaucratic delays - it all equals a critical shortage in teachers for licensed child care centers in our state.

NC Pre-K Bias: In many areas Pre-K seats in high-quality, licensed centers are empty because politics dictates students attend already overcrowded public schools.

These are just two of the issues that impede your ability to operate a child care center in your community. Issues that threaten parents’ access to child care. Issues that stifle job growth and retention in our field. And, these are just two of the issues we will tackle in 2017 with legislators and regulators.  In our 21st year, we are asking for $21 of support and 21 minutes of your time as an advocate.
